What Gets Me Through High School- By: Alexa Acker
Studying and doing homework till 11:30 PM, waking up at 5:30 AM, sitting through 7 hours of pretty boring classes- then repeating this all over again. I think we can all agree: going to school isn't the most fun thing ever, but I mean it is mandatory in order to have a future. And while school isn't a ton of fun, every single day I look forward to one part; SPORTS. In the fall I play volleyball, which is probably the most fun sport i've ever played. I love the connection that you build with all of your friends while also getting better at a sport you love. Right now my team is 7-1 and we hope to make it the rest of the season without losing! In the fall I play basketball- while it may be a very tiring and exhausting sport, all of the work is defietly worth it when you're playing.
