My Best Friend by Brittany Brannigan

Always there for me,
Through thick and thin.
We can all agree,
That having a best friend is a win.

The true ones will stay,
Others will fade.
There to celebrate every birthday
And be the best bridesmaid.

Memories to cherish forever
And a friendship that will have no end.
My best friend has been there through every endeavor
And always has a hand to lend.

We cry together when times get rough
And laugh together when life is good.
I can't thank her enough.
I hope our friendship stays the same through adulthood.

We know everything about each other.
We're sisters for life.
My mother is basically her mother,
Her strife is my strife.

My best friend,
The one I can always depend on.
I would just like to commend,
For putting up with me since we could use a crayon.
