The importance of family- Connor Ailara

When asked what is important to me, my family is the first thing that comes to me.  This group of people is the one I've spent most of my life with and shared most of my memories with.  With them I've had my best memories and my worst.  I have watched my favorite movies, but also had my worst injuries.  My parents were my first teachers.  They taught me the most important and fundamental things.  From them I learned how to walk, talk, ride a bike, and most importantly, I learned how to be a good person.  My siblings were my first friends.  With them I have played countless games, tangible and imagined.  They have showed me what to do in life to have fun and to succeed.  My siblings are the people who are always there for me to relax with and have fun after a long day.  My family has always supported me.  They have attended many of my sports events, concerts, and ceremonies.  What always shocks me is that they always come even after I insist that they don't have to and it is going to be extremely boring.  This is the group of people that I am closest to and I can often tell what they are going to say before they say it.  These people are the people I cannot live without.

  2. Everything begins and ends with family. Even if, sometimes, they drive you crazy or you have your differences they are the ones who will always be there! Sweet post!

  4. I love this. Family always comes first for me as well, and I don't think I could live without them as well.

  5. I liked this post. It was very short and compact but every word hit me perfectly and I definitely agree with the message. Nice work.

  6. I thought this was a very well written post and I liked how you were able to show how your family are also your friends. I like how you talked about your family coming to things or events that you really don't want them too, but they are the most supportive people in your life, so they will come to anything, no matter how boring or dumb you tell them it will be. Good job.

  7. Great post! As much as I disagree with my siblings, what you said about them being your first friends is really true.
