Aliens are real? Well...not exactly. A few days ago on April 28th the Pentagon released videos of unidentified aerial phenomena which appear to look like UFOs. These videos that were released were taken in 2004 and 2015 and have been leaked since 2017 but this is the first time the government has said anything about it. The videos are Navy aircraft spotting something they can't explain. In the video it is heard the pilot say that the winds are 120 miles per hour and the thing is just sitting there still. The 2004 incident occurred when two Navy pilot who were on a training missions and were told to investigate objects being tracked by a Navy cruiser for a few weeks. The pilots found "one oval-shaped aircraft hovering 50 feet above the water" when the pilots got closer to this object it fled immediately as they got closer. Pentagon spokesperson Sue Gough said "After a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems, and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena". If they say they have determined that it doesn't reveal any sensitive stuff then does that mean they do really know about aliens or is it something else like another country trying to make aircraft look like UFOs.

          When I contemplate what is most important in my life, my mind is drawn to my 21-year-old brother, Tom. There are not enough words in the English language I could use to describe what he means to me. I cannot imagine the past fifteen years of my life without him. Not Fate, Just a Coincidence - Sila Paniker

The idea of fate confuses me. I don't really understand how something will happen no matter what you do. It just seems very unlikely. I think we're constantly making choices that lead to occurrences. We make so many decisions a day that it seems impossible that fate can find a way around it all.  Awhile ago, I saw something called the Butterfly Effect, which doesn't exactly relate to fate but it makes sense to me. The idea is that a butterfly flapping its wings can cause a tornado on the other side of the world. Essentially, small changes can have large impacts. In my head, this connects with the thousands of tiny decisions we subconsciously make each day. There are people I've met or things that have happened and it feels like it was meant to be but they're just a bunch of coincidences that had the ability to change everything.
