Capitalizing your time in quarantine - Robby Cerra

Since every citizen in almost every country has the entire day to themselves, here are some top things to do during the quarantine.

1. Working out: This has been a top choice for many people to spend their time, at least on TikTok. Although some people don't have weights/gyms to work out with, this shouldn't stop anyone from still getting in their exercise. First off, running is the number one alternative instead of hitting the gym, it involves cardio, and you are practicing social distancing as well, as long as your not running with a partner. Secondly, there are some bodyweight exercises that can also keep you in pretty decent shape. These are military pushups, diamond pushups, squats, one-legged squats, and the occasional ab workouts like crunches and leg raise. Additionally, we are guaranteed at least another 21 days in quarantine, and it takes 21 days to create a habit. So, hopefully, this suggested workout habit can carry into summer and further.

(P.S. hopefully summer isn't completely canceled, so you can show off the SICK summer bod thanks to this workout habit I just instilled into you.)

2. Learn some party tricks: I don't know about you but, every once and a while I like showing off my new tricks to family and friends. This could be anywhere from a card trick, from a walking handstand. So, just go on youtube search up literally anything you want to learn, it's not like you have anything better to do. Also, for my new skill, (I guess we're calling it that) my brother is teaching me how to grapple properly, so that means I'm getting choked out like every day now. Although, it is still fun and I'm learning different types of guards when being attacked or wrestled. (yay fun)

3. I saved the best for last so, getting some clout on TikTok: I know what your thinking, yes, it does sound like a reach, but imagine if you're coming back from corona break with a million followers on TikTok. In addition to that, the app thrives on different entertainers competing to be the best/funniest, so it wouldn't hurt to add a little bit more production into the action. I posted a TikTok around 2 weeks ago and it got 3000 views, if anyone can beat me, you get nothing except for bragging rights for being famous. Good luck and have fun!!
